Ground Floor: The property is entered through a raised garden which has several steps. There is a large open-plan lounge with wood-stove & dining area, and with separate sitting/games area (with table football); large beamed conservatory through double-doors from lounge, with separate washroom off; quality fitted galley kitchen, with access to living room & conservatory, and serving-hatch to terrace.

Bedrooms: Six en-suite bedrooms, nos 1-5 with wall mounted remote-control TVs: Ground floor - No 1: Family double plus extra single with fitted wardrobes, good views via picture windows, and with en-suite shower-room with toilet & basin & roomy shower - easy access to living room, suited to less-mobile guests. First Floor - No 2: Double bedroom with with king-size bed, fitted wardrobes & en-suite shower room with toilet & basin. No 3: Twin room with en-suite shower room with toilet & basin, fitted wardrobes & woodland outlook. No 4: Double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower-tap. No 5: Twin room with en-suite shower room with toilet &
basin & fitted wardrobes. Second Floor - No 6: Vaulted attic triple bedded room (no TV), with under-eaves ‘play-dens’ & en-suite toilet & basin - its steep stairs access is not suited to the infirm. There is a full-sized framed double sofa bed in conservatory.
