Bed linen, towels and heating included in rent; open plan living area, washer/dryer ,dishwasher, fridge freezer with chilled water and ice maker, range cooker, 52" television, DVD and a pool table, cot, highchair, tennis court, plenty of private parking, bar-be-que, patio with garden furniture.

The extremely large open plan living area (approximately 50 feet by 18 feet) is ideal for large gatherings, conferences, parties or weddings (a marquee could also link on to this room through the patio doors allowing limitless numbers to enjoy the occasion with superb garden views) Catering is available and we are happy to help and advise on any other arrangements as necessary.

A £100 Good Housekeeping deposit is payable two weeks prior to holidays at this property.

Short breaks are accepted throughout the year except for the school summer holidays, Christmas and New Year.
