About Manor Barn...
The small hamlet of Hopton was originally an agricultural community. Manor Barn which was fully renovated in 2003 by Bob and Yvonne Evans for Bed and Breakfast accommodation was originally a farm building associated with the main farm of Hopton Hall. The house is set in lovely surroundings close to Carsington Water which offers facilities for water sports, cycling, bird watching, fishing and walking. It is also within easy reach of all of the attractions of Derbyshire and the Peak District. Manor Barn is very close to Hopton House and Hopton Long Barn self catering accommodation so could accommodate extra or visiting guests to these two properties.

We offer several spacious, tastefully decorated and most comfortable bedrooms, all with TV, tea and coffee facilities.

The accommodation provides a choice of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedded room with en-suite bath and separate shower, or a family room with king sized bed, two single beds and en suite shower room.

There is a lounge / sun lounge for guests' use and breakfast is taken in the dining room adjoining the farmhouse kitchen. We are proud to have been awarded English Tourist Council Four Diamond - Silver Award - Quality Grading.
