Greenacres is approached via a private drive, and has ample parking.

The large beamed Lounge leading from the hallway is comfortably furnished with leather suites, open fireplace, TV & DVD. The Morning room looking out to one of the patios has a TV, and a sofa bed. The Dining room with a fire place opens out to the generous conservatory which overlooks the large patio and formal flower beds. There is a cloakroom with toilet and basin. The kitchen has units of an individual style and all the expected modern appliances. From here the utility room, wood and coal store can be reached.

On the first floor there are six bedrooms, which are all generously equipped with fully fitted furniture.
