The Granary boasts a large beamed sitting room in which is a colour television and video and a half sized snooker table. The beamed kitchen/dinning room is fully equipped, with an adjoining utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen door you set out on to a private patio area complete with barbecue and patio furniture, offering superb views over the rolling Derbyshire countryside. There is one triple bedroom on the ground floor and a cloak room with toilet and wash basin.

On the first floor there are five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double and a single bed, cot and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two other bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms – one is a double and the other is a twin. There are a further two bedroom, one double and one twin, which share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. In addition to this there is also a sofa bed and Z bed.
